Changes to key management and customer service in October 2025!

Key management moves to CERTEGO

Starting from October 2025, key management for NAL Asunnot has been transferred to CERTEGO.
This means that the place where you collect your keys and the contact details for key-related matters have changed. The change affects residents in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Vihti.

From now on, residents can collect their apartment keys from CERTEGO Vantaa key service point (Virtatalo, The service point is located near Shopping Centre Myyrmanni, with good public transport connections and plenty of parking.
Please remember to bring a photo ID when collecting your keys.

What does this change mean for residents?

CERTEGO is the company now responsible for NAL Asunnot’s key management in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Vihti.
This means that all matters related to keys – such as key collection, returns, and problems – are now handled directly by CERTEGO.
