The term of notice is one full calendar month for the tenant. The tenant pays rent during the term of notice. The term of notice starts from the last day of the month in which the tenancy is terminated; e.g., if the apartment is terminated on 15 June, the tenant's agreement ends on 31 July. The date of termination is the day the form is sent.

Comments for the apartment inspector:
The aim is to conduct a preliminary inspection of the apartment before you move out to examine the overall condition of the apartment and any repair and renovation needs before the next tenant moves in.
The preliminary inspection is conducted on a weekday, some time between 8 am – 4 pm.
It is important that the preliminary inspection is conducted before the move and, if possible, so that the tenant is present so that the tenant still has time to repair any issues found during the inspection and also give their opinion of them.
If you want to be present at the inspection, our apartment inspector will contact you soon so that you can schedule a suitable time for the inspection.
If you do not want to be present, the inspector will visit the apartment using a master key.
