We only serve customers in the first floor lobby of our offices at the moment.  When you visit our office, please ring the doorbell in the lobby and follow the instructions we give you. To maintain the recommended safety distance to others, we can only serve two person at a time. Therefore, if there are already some people in the lobby, please wait for your turn outside.We kindly ask that you wear a face mask when you visit our office.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RESIDENT SELECTION

Resident selection is managed by location. In Helsinki the resident selection is carried out by NAL Apartments. Our customer service can answer to general questions on resident selection.

Please note however, that our customer service is not able to answer to inquiries about vacant apartments or the current situation of a specific application.  

In other locations, the NAL local branch makes the resident selection and answers questions related to the region’s housing and resident selection.

FAULT REPORT

You can submit a fault report concerning a fault or inconvenience in your apartment, the common areas of your apartment building or the outdoor areas. By filling in the fault report, you also submit a request for maintenance.

URGENT MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS (i.e. water damage, keys inside)
DISTURBANCE REPORT

Use disturbance report to report repeated disturbances caused by another tenant.

If possible, discuss the disturbance with your neighbour first. Your neighbour may not be aware that they are causing a disturbance. If the situation is serious, always call the police, when necessary.
