Changes in customer service due to coronavirus situation
We have made some changes to our customer service due to coronavirus situation.
To make sure we are doing our best to keep everyone safe and healthy and minimize the spread of corona virus, we only serve customers in the first floor lobby of our offices at the moment.
Our customer service visits are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. When you visit our office, please ring the doorbell in the lobby and follow the instructions we give you.
To maintain the recommended safety distance to others, we can only serve two person at a time. Therefore, if there are already some people in the lobby, please wait for your turn outside.
We kindly ask that you wear a face mask when you visit our office. If you don’t have your own mask with you, we’ll give you one.
However, we recommend that you take care of things as much as possible by phone or email. Email is usually the fastest way to reach us.
