Application period starts for apartments in a 5 storey building to be completed in Turumankatu 2.
At the end of September, 109 new rental apartments for NAL Asunnot will be completed in Helsinki’s Kruunuvuorenranta.

- 1 bedroom apartments: 35,5–44,5m2, rent some €590–795/mo
Water charge is €20 per month per person. Our apartments do not require a rental security deposit.
Most of the new apartments are studios, but there are also some two-room apartments.
There will be either a normal balcony or a French balcony in each apartment. Tenants will have free access to the building’s two saunas, laundry room and the shared living room, which tenants can reserve for their own use for remote work for example.
Urban living next to sea
Kruunuvuorenranta is a new area of Helsinki, where urban living meets archipelago and services are close by.
Turumankatu 2 will be situated next to Haakonilahti park, short distance from the future central block of Kruunuvuorenranta, where most of the services in the area will be situated. At present stage, the closest grocery store is 500 meters away. There are buses every 10 minutes to Herttoniemi Metro station and the journey will take approximately 20 minutes. The journey to the Central Railway Station takes 40 minutes. There is a short walking distance to the nearest beach.
In the future, when the Crown Bridges Light Rail will be finished, it will take only 15 minutes to the central Helsinki by tram. The tram stop will be located just outside Turumankatu 2.
Applying for an apartment
Applications are open to young adults under the age of 30. Tenants are allowed to stay in the apartments until they turn 35 years of age. Please note that the entire building is non-smoking.

We begin to process the applications immediately. Tenants are chosen on the basis of interviews. Those chosen for interviews will be notified separately. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to answer queries regarding the status of individual applications, so please wait for us to contact you.
Applications are processed in order of arrival, but priority is given to applicants who are homeless, otherwise in urgent need of accommodation or moving into their first apartment.
Please note that we do not accept applications from current NAL tenants seeking to change apartments.
